Randy Haran utilizes a “can be” philosophy that helps business owners and entrepreneurs become better prepared to have a successful stake in the outcome.
In addition to his consulting work with Penny Strategies, Randy is president and founder of Normandy Capital Group (NCG), an investment company. He is also a member of the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE), an international non-profit organization providing entrepreneurship training and education programs to young people from low-income urban communities, and serves as regional chair of the organization’s North Texas Advisory Board. He was named NFTE Volunteer of the Year in 2015.
Randy has been recognized by numerous publications, including Entrepreneur Magazine (Entrepreneur’s Hot 100 List, Hot 500 List), and Inc. Magazine (Top 5000 Fastest Growing Companies, Top 100 Transportation Companies), as well as organizations such as The Great Game of Business, for which TAC was recognized as a 2014 Hall of Fame Company and a 2014 All-Star nominee. He is a certified coach for The Great Game of Business, and has served as a member of its Practitioner Council.
Randy earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing from Texas State University.
